The American Advertising Awards – also know as the ADDYs – is the industry’s largest and most representative competition. Hosted by the American Advertising Federation, the competition strives to recognize and reward the creative execution in the art of advertising.

ABOUT THE ADDY AWARDS
The AAF American Advertising Awards, or the ADDYs, recognizes and rewards excellence in the art of advertising in the form of a competition, attracting over 40,000 entries in local AAF competitions each year.
This local chapter is the first in a three-tier national competition. Gold- and- Silver-awarded entries advance to second tier – a regional competition. The regional level is divided into 15 districts, where the winners advance to the final tier – the AAF national awards competition.
This year marked the 58th anniversary of the event, and was held in The Ballroom at Bayou Place in Houston, Texas on February 20, 2020.
